Terms of Payment

1. General Payment Policy

At Tejas Web, we follow a transparent and fair payment structure. Our terms are designed to ensure a smooth and professional relationship with our clients.

2. Payment Schedule

• Project Initiation: 50% of the total quoted amount is required upfront, however it is negotiable in some cases.
• Project Completion: Remaining balance is due upon final delivery or completion of agreed milestones.
• Monthly Services: Digital marketing or maintenance services are billed monthly in advance.

3. Accepted Payment Methods

• UPI / Bank Transfer (preferred)
• Net Banking
• Cash (for local clients only)
• Other methods (on request, subject to agreement)

4. Late Payments

Continued non-payment can result in suspension or termination of services.

5. Refunds

Refunds are only offered in special cases at our discretion. Advance payments for digital services (like hosting, design work, or ad spend) are typically non-refundable once work begins.

6. Invoicing

Invoices are provided electronically. Clients may request GST-compliant invoices if required. GST will be charged as applicable under Indian law.
